The Answer is Yellow
Well, the question has been answered as to what color flowers this little clumping cactus would have when it bloomed. The flowers on this Rebutia marsoneri 'Krainziana' are a beautiful golden yellow. They remind me of daisies.
They do look like daisies! What surprises me about most cactus is the size of their blooms compared to the size of the cactus. Most of their blooms are almost as bigas the pllant itself. I guess they are making sure they get polinated.
Your catcus photos are like vitamins. One-a-day. I might not make it by often enough but I figure catching up on my daily dosage of your photos all at once is still good for my health.
Yesterday's Dwarf Chin Cactus has fascinating petals the way the color fades to translucent. Today's 'Krainziana' is just plain cheerful. It almost makes you want to pick up the plant and give it a good hug.
